Order Cancellation

Changed your mind right after placing an order? No problem – it happens!

You can contact our company at 2108664300 (local charge) or reach us by email at hi@wtfunk.gr and we will cancel your order immediately.

We recommend calling us as soon as possible, especially if your order has not yet been dispatched. If your package has already been handed over to the courier, we can still help you, but the process may involve receiving the package back through our standard returns procedure (see below).

Returns – Your Legal Rights

We fully comply with the provisions of Greek consumer protection law (Law 2251/1994, as amended), including your statutory rights regarding returns, withdrawals, and defective products.

This means:

You are entitled to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days without having to give any reason.
You can request either a refund or replacement in the case of defective or non-conforming goods.
Our procedures are aligned with these legal requirements to ensure a fair and reliable experience.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item should be:

In its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
Packed in its original packaging (where applicable).
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. You’ll know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment.
Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, but usually happens within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Double-check your bank account.
Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before refunds are officially posted.
Contact your bank – there is often a processing delay before refunds show up.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale or discounted items are non-refundable, unless they are defective or do not conform to the description.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send us an email at hi@wtfunk.gr and return your item to us at the designated return address (we’ll provide it when you contact us).

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we’ll send you a gift certificate.

If the gift wasn’t shipped directly to you (e.g. the giver had it sent to themselves first), the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you’ll need to send it to our return address (provided by customer service).

You’ll be responsible for paying your own shipping costs.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
Depending on your location, delivery times for exchanged products may vary.
